Summer. It's fun. But, a lot of work! I don't mean in the office. We have been rafting in various rivers near our home, in RL. Exhausting. But, the PNW is just breathtaking.
It's leaving me little time for shoots and blog posts. I'm sure you crickets are happy about the condensed blah blah. I am getting a few in with the insomnia that makes me even more tired during the day.
So, this shoot was really annoying. It took two outfits, three scenes, five props, and so much to make this final pic. I did not feel inspired with the first two shoots I did, but the third, this one, came together easily. I love it, so I'm posting it.
The outfit. This two piece bikini came from two different sales at Zoom. The top was from Happy weekend, and the bottoms from the Saturday Sale. Both were the same price. Lots of options to choose from. I picked the "pink pak", which comes with a solid or a print. I love it!
However, I did have problems with poses, as the "fabric" cut out in certain poses. Very not slay, as my teenager would say. Anyhow, it's really adorable, though it took several poses to get it right.
The toe rings are by Ysoral from the Glorious Days sale. I love Ysoral's huds. So many options. They are really cute with a summer beach theme, which includes a starfish & a turtle. This is my first set of toe rings because I'm such a shoe whore.
The scene is from one of my fave creators, TM Creation. I got it off the Ebento list. What's really great about it is that it can be unlinked and each piece can be used separately or together. After this shoot, it's going on my beach.
The pose, that finally cinched the whole thing is by Amite. It was something that I didn't buy at first, but in my desparate pose search, it was the last one I found. Glad I did. A bunch of cute poses with a hat that actually fits over my hair.
The hair. This hair was a mistake from a previous weekend sale. I meant to buy a different style and clicked too soon. I'm not thrilled with the way my forehead looks, so the hat that comes with the pose, worked perfectly.
I thought this was going to be a short post. But, as usual, my fingers do the walking and I can't catch up.
