Maybe, they aren't calling this a heat-oven, but I can tell you it feels like one. I've lived in the PNW for 27 years. If anyone claims there is no such thing as climate change. Come on out here. I actually had to buy an air conditioner a few years ago. And, now, it's just put-put-puting along. Hot as hell.

Unlike RL, I can go on vacay any old time I want in SL. So, that is exactly what I did. 

It's my first night at a resort on Idle Rogue Island. What a find! This sprawling island has plenty of places to take pics. Since it's sunset (somewhere), I picked a spot overlooking the water. 

I did a lot of shopping this weekend because going outside in this heat was not an option. 

My outfit. A lot from the Saturday Sale. The dress is by Cynful. It comes with a hud to change it from a solid color to an ombre. I went with the solid. It's a great length and the knot at the bottom really felt like summer to me.

The shoes are by Pure Poison, from the Happy Weekend sale. They are gorgeous with flower detail and a metallics hud. It was hard to choose a black or a gold for this outfit. I went with the black. 

My favorite part of the whole outfit is the hair. It's by Yomi and has a really extensive color hud with tons of options. It's a really unique style that was perfect for an evening at the resort.

Guess who my necklace is by? That's right, Earthstones. This one is from the Saturday Sale, and has an agate stone and a metal hud. Love it. The rest of my beautiful jewelry was in my inventory and the credits are below.
