I'm not sure where you are, but here in the PNW it's hot. I'm not complaining because last year we were in a "heat dome' and it was 115 degrees. Still, a little water floating was in order.
I've been holding on to this raft for a while, so I thought it was the perfect day to use it. It wasn't easy picking a shot of this. Too far out, blur city. Too close in, you can't see the damn thing. So, I did a little of this, and a little of that.
My outfit. Not much to it. It's a bikini from Bombshell that I really love. Lots of bling. The neclace is by Ysoral, and I find I wear it a lot because it's really versatile. I think I wore it in my last shoot.
My rings are by Orsini, which I also wear a lot. Obviously, I like 'em. The bracelet is from Earthstones. Pretty much anything from that store is phenomenal. The sunglasses are from Violetility. They come in clear or black. The black was a little too dark, so clear was the winner.
The hair is by ELIKATIRA. I got it at Summer Fest. It's a fatpack, which is always good. My only complaint is that I saw it was an offering from a weekend sale.
So, I could have waited a week and saved a bunch of lindens. I love these sales, but it really pisses me off when something I buy at full-price is suddenly just penny-lindens. Oh well.
The raft is from Serenity Style. It's really pretty, and kind of large. Hence, my probs with the pic. At 22 li, it's a little high, but it's just for special occasions.
The scene. This is something that is one of my favorite things in SL. It's a dome by Anna Erotica. I have a lot of stuff from her. Really great details and always low prim. I found out about this from a real blog, FabFree. I can't believe I hadn't seen this dome before. It's awesome.
The floor and dome are texture change by just clicking on it. It's only 11 LI. And, this big dome is actually inside my real dome. You know, the one I'm giving up. Sigh. Anyhow, if you haven't checked out the FabFree blog, you should. Tons of discounts and freebies.
The lunchbox is from Movement. It comes with the drink prop, as well. The rest of the props are all from MP. The clutter is by Moss & Mink and was exactly what I was looking for. The book is by Laminak. The phone, by Havoc, was a gift from some sale, I think.
