It's coffee time. When isn't it? Maybe, after 3:00 pm, if I plan on sleeping that night. Alas, there's always SL to keep me company. This weekend was one of those times.
Guess what, crickets? I got myself some land! I've been dome-living for six years. As of late, that is two domes. So much stuff, so little space. I'm a low-prim queen though.
Anyhow, I posted a question in a SL forum about buying some land due to all the creepo spies showing up at my home, or messaging me, randomly. Or not. They really should read my damn profile.
Being up in the air gave me a false sense of privacy. I started getting paranoid, so I wanted to get something with some privacy. Luckily, an awesome person contacted me with a beachfront island!
That's right - on the ground. I love it, but it's way smaller than my two domes. Even though it's private and nobody can see me, I still feel exposed.
So, I added a sky platform and a small dome up in the air to alleviate that, and to give me more space for my endless landscape inventory.
Now, I'm tasked with emptying out my domes. It's bittersweet. One is six years old. So many memories. But, time to move on. Okay, sorry for that story, I'm just so excited to have my own spot.
Even with all the moving, and landscaping (I terraformed - yes me!), I still saved some lindens and time for the weekend sales. As a matter of fact, there were some great home decor items that I scooped up too.
The outfit. This was the easiest outfit to put together, and I really kept to my budget, out of sheer exhaustion. I love this adorable, unique dress from Nerido. It's really cute. There were a whole bunch of cool textures, but, as usual, I went with the black.
The shoes went perfectly with the dress. They're from Phedora and come in unisex fat pack. Total deal. I will be wearing them all the time. I'm not really into heels, so these are just what I need.
The hair. Well, there was a lot of cute hair on sale this weekend. I went with two from Faga, because one is never enough. This one is long and it has a cute pony in the back.
I got it in the Essentials Pack, which is huge. I had to purchase the style hud separately, though. I really hate when they don't include the style with the hair. Like, come on. We all need to style.
The backdrop by Oshiro from the 30 Linden Saturday Sale, was the best part. Great deal and so many possibilities for poses. There was no way I could pass it up. I wasn't sure which pics to publish, so I went with them all.
