She's at it again. More pics from SLB19. This is sort of like a jigsaw puzzle. Lots of pieces to figure out how to put together. Sometimes fun, sometimes frustrating. This shoot was the former.
This, by far, was my favorite shoot. As I was putting it together, I had some deja vu. I was looking at Amethyst and thinking that I've seen her somewhere before.
Then it hit me. I've seen her before because it's me. This is exactly how I looked in the 80's, which dates me, I know. But, as a GenXer, I give zero fucks what anyone thinks. I just hope people who take a look, like my finished puzzles.
It's not only the look that is me in the 80's, but the pose. You could always find me smoking up in any back alley in Chicago. There are a lot of them!
Ok, enough about me, here's something about me.
Let's start with the best part. The backdrop. It's a full photo box. There are so many nooks and crannies, it was impossible to pick just one spot. So, I picked three. The detail is amazing. Whatever I said before, this is definitely my favorite freebie find.
The outfit. Starting with the dress. It's by Pink Cream Pie. It comes in an extensive fatpack, with options for an undershirt, that I did not use. There are solids and floral textures, which are all really pretty. I picked this one because I swear I had this dress in RL, way back when. In those days, we cut up our clothes by ourselves. These pre-ripped dresses and such, I consider the cheater's way.
The shoes. How perfect are they, including the socks, for this outfit? Like, beyond. They are by Scandalize. They come as a fatpack with endless options for every part of the shoes/socks. There are two pairs. One with socks and one without. The socks sealed the deal on my look of yesteryear. Love them.
The jewelry. Perfecto. The necklace is from PSS. It's copper gears. It is unisex and simple to modify. It worked great with the earrings by Lion Style, which are also copper gears. It's like they were made for each other.
The rings, that I've work in a few shoots, are from Ysoral, is a fatpack. The bracelet on my right hand are really cool and while not mod, it fits pretty well. It's by Metal and Stone. It is just what I needed to complete the look.
Makeup. This time I used the Booty's Beauty Yazmeen set, both the shadow and the lips. They are BOM, with different tone levels included. I use the 30%, and it's just the look I was going for.
The nails, which I've used in two other shoots, are by CAZIMI. This time I used the mesh nails with the black/copper design. The tattoo, which I wore yesterday, is by Aleutia. It's BOM with tons of options. I chose the full body.
The rest of the outfit are items from my inventory. I have to say, the hair, by Sintiklia is one of my absolute favorites. I have the "classy pack".
